This website does not have accounts, does not store the details you type into the inquiry form, and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The inquiry form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
If you message or call us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, destination, budget and travel dates. We use them to reply, prepare quotes and, if you book, arrange your travel. WhatsApp and Gmail process these messages under their own privacy terms.
Your details are seen by our team. When you book, we must share necessary details (such as names and passport data) with airlines, hotels, visa and insurance providers and local partners so they can serve you. We do not sell your data.
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months. Booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
This website is hosted by our website hosting provider, which may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
